The rates are based on a maximum limit of 5 passengers. Each additional passenger will be charged $15. We accept all Major Credit Cards and Traveler's Checks. For our driver's safety, cash is accepted with a valid driver's license or State ID.

Payment is due when the reservation is made. Cancellations will be charged a $25.00 Cancellation Fee. Your driver will arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time. If you do not arrive 15 minutes after your pickup time, you will be charged an additional $15.00. (This does not apply to airport arrivals.)
If you are using a coupon, please present it to your driver.

AIRPORT ARRIVALS

Spirit Limousine Service Inc, customer service will monitor your airline arrival and allows 45 minutes between landing and pick-up. If you need more than 45 minutes you must contact Customer Service at 720-288-7823 so that we may contact your driver. If there has been no contact from the customer after 45 minutes, the reservation will be considered a no show and will be charged.

MISSED FLIGHTS/DELAYS

For all missed flights or delays, please call Customer Service at 720-288-7823, immediately to reschedule. If the Customer has not contacted the customer service upon their missed flight and/or delay flight, the reservation will be considered a no show and will be charged. Spirit Limousine, is not responsible for incorrect information provided about the customer's arrival/departure information.

WAIT TIME

Airport arrivals will have a 30 minutes wait. If the Customer does not contact customer service, the customer will be charged and will be considered a no show. Regular Service and Special Event services are excluded. For all point-to-point reservations, wait time will be charged at $7.00 per five (5) minute increment once the grace period has elapsed. The grace period is defined as ten (10) minutes beyond the scheduled pick up time.
A (30) minute grace period is allowed following the reported domestic flight time arrival time.
A (60) minute grace period is allowed following the reported international flight arrival time.

STOPS

All stops MUST be Pre-arranged through Customer Service at 720-288-7823, Otherwise, additional fees

WILL apply.

All Rates are subject to audit after order completion. This audit includes actual tolls, parking fees, additional stops, etc. Minimum posted number of hours is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for not the final charges which will be based on the actual time used. Rates are billed, including, applicable fees and tolls, any current Fuel Surcharge(s) and a 20% Chauffeur gratuity. If you choose to provide an additional cash gratuity it is at your sole discretion and would be in addition to the 20% you have already paid for.

DELAYS

Spot Lights Limousine is not responsible for any delays caused by heavy traffic and/or bad weather.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations MUST be made within 24 hours prior to pickup time. All Local reservation Cancellations will be CHARGED a $25.00 Cancellation Fee. Mountain Service-Cancellations will be CHARGED a $75.00 Cancellation Fee. Cancellations for airport reservations must be made a minimum of 4 hours prior to their pickup time. Cancellations that have been made within 24 hours and/or 4 hours to their pickup time will receive their down payment back and will not be charged full price.

NO SHOWS

Will result in an immediate full charge. No exceptions.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

May apply at any given time.

Payments

All Spot Lights Limousine, require prepayment with a credit card. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount at the time you make your reservation.

SMOKING POLICY

All our vehicles are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and safety. We do not allow smoking, fighting, drugs, or weapons in our vehicles. If a client or their guests attempt in any listed prohibited activity, we reserve the right to terminate the trip immediately and all monies paid will be forfeited. Damage done to Spot Lights Limousine, Will be up to a $250 minimum penalty for all cleanup, repairs, missing or replacement caused by you or your guest.

LOST AND FOUND

All lost and found items will be kept with ER Express for 30 days. All items that have not been claimed will be turned into the Aurora Police Department.

Holidays:

A $ 25.00-holiday surcharge will be charged on all trips occurring on:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Easter Sunday
  • Presidents Day
  • Fourth of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
